Citi needed a welcome kit for international business customers opening new accounts. The kit needed to provide relevant information for several net worth segments and serve as a guide through the account set-up process. Most importantly, it was vital the kit left the customer feeling well cared for, with all their needs met.
We created a design that pulled all crucial materials together to form an easy-to-use “package” for separate net worth segments. We chose graphic elements and photography that catered to each segment, and established a clear hierarchy for the content — including collateral with a strong sense of Citi’s branding, their policies and “how-to’s,” and a clear take-away message. Because high-net-worth customers are especially busy people, we made the content scannable and easy to grasp at a glance.
