Excellence Circle is a four-day, annual event that Citi hosts to celebrate the accomplishments of their top performers. Citi approached us to help brand and develop all the materials for the occasion, to help create a dynamic and “colorful” experience for all attendees.
We kicked off the project with suggestions on locations for the event. After Punta Cana was selected, we conducted extensive research on the local culture, as it would play a big role in the look and feel of event materials — from notepads to large format printing and gifts. Citi wanted the event branding to feel as though attendees were in the Caribbean, so we “painted” all pieces with lively Carnival colors and flowers, each showcasing a specific aspect of the culture.
